Members of the Council are requested to attend the above Meeting to transact the following business: -
1. Apologies for Absence
2. Declarations of Interests. To declare any ‘personal' or ‘personal and prejudicial' interests relating to items on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 7 to 11 inclusive of Part 2 of the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice (where necessary) before the meeting. (Form available)
3. To note the resignation of Councillor T Middleton
4. Public Question Time. A maximum period of 10 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or to make statements, and for Councillors with ‘personal' or ‘personal and prejudicial' interests under paragraph 12(2) of the code of conduct for Members to make statements.
5. Minutes. To approve the minutes of the Council meeting held on 20th November 2009.
6. Committee Minutes To accept the minutes of the following committees:
- (i) Amenities Committee - 8th January 2009 - copy previously circulated.
Amenities Committee - Recommendations at minute 126 & 127- (ii) Finance & General Purposes Committee - 22nd January 2008 - copy to be circulated.
7. Planning Applications. Dealt with by the Planning Committee.

9. To consider any referrals from the Amenities Committee

13. Exclusion of Public and Press.
To give consideration to adopting the following resolution: - "That pursuant to the provisions of section 1(2)-of the Admission to Meetings Act 1960, in view of the next item to be conducted, the press and public to be excluded from the meeting.
