Members of the Council are requested to attend the Annual General Meeting, to transact the following business: -
1. Apologies for Absence
2. Presentation of cheques to the Mayor's Charities
3. Election of Chairman/Mayor
To elect the Chairman/Mayor of the Town Council for the ensuing year.
Declaration of Acceptance of Office of Chairperson.
4. Election of Vice Chairman
To elect the Vice Chairman of the Town Council for the ensuing year.
Declaration of Acceptance of Office.
5. Election of Committees
(a) Staff Review Group
(b) Planning
ADJOURNMENT - To enable committees to meet and make appointments - agenda available.
6. Additional Appointments
To make appointments, in accordance with the available list, as representatives of the Town Council, to various bodies.
7. Any other business considered urgent by the Chairman
