Mill House Price Structure

Mill House Rates
£10 per hour during office hours, 9am - 4pm
£12 per hour thereafter. This applies for weekends or Bank Holidays.

Minimum hire of 1 1/2 hours.

There are no free or reduced rates for charitable organisations.

Deposit of £25 is required to secure bookings and will be returned providing no damage occurs and the hired premises have been totally vacated by the stated time.

Booking Details

The conference room at the Mill House is available for bookings throughout the week. Kitchen and crockery facilites are available for hire upon request.

Enquires should be made to Halstead Town Council during office hours Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm on 01787 476480. Out of office hours messages can be left on answer phone.
