FULL COUNCIL 

  Members of the Council are requested to attend the above Meeting to transact the following business: - 

1.  Apologies for Absence 

2.  Declarations of Interests.  To declare any ‘personal’ or ‘personal andprejudicial’ interests relating to items on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 7 to 11 inclusive of Part 2 of the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice (where necessary) before the meeting.    (Form available)

3.  Public Question Time.  A maximum period of 10 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or to make statements, and for Councillors with ‘personal’ or ‘personal and prejudicial’ interests under paragraph 12(2) of the code of conduct for Members to make statements.

4.  Minutes.  To approve the minutes of the Council meeting held on 17^th July 2008. 

5.  Committee Minutes   To accept the minutes of the following committees:  

             (i)           Amenities Committee –  4^th September 2008 - copy previously circulated Amenities

                          Committee -   Recommendation at minute 103 

(ii)         Finance & General Purposes Committee – 11^th September 2008 - copy will be

             available.

  6.  Planning Applications.   Dealt with by the Planning Committee.  ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL ARE MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE.  Chair of Planning - Councillor Mrs S Diver - report available

7.   Mayors Appointments and Announcements - report available

8.  To consider any referrals from the Amenities Committee 

9.  St Andrews (South) Ward - Location of Polling Stations - report available  

10.Twinning Association to confirm HTC Civic Reception  

11. Youth Initiative - verbal update from Cllr Mrs Linda Hilton

 12. Exclusion of Public and Press. To give consideration to adopting the following resolution: - “That pursuant to the provisions of section 1(2)-of the Admission to Meetings Act 1960, in view of the next item to be conducted, the press and public to be excluded from the meeting.
