Members of the Council are requested to attend the above Meeting to transact the following business: -

1. Apologies for Absence

2. Declarations of Interests. To declare any ‘personal' or ‘personal and
prejudicial' interests relating to items on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 7 to 11 inclusive of Part 2 of the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice (where necessary) before the meeting.    (Form available)

3. Public Question Time. A maximum period of 10 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or to make statements, and for Councillors with ‘personal' or ‘personal and prejudicial' interests under paragraph 12(2) of the code of conduct for Members to make statements.

4. Minutes. To approve the minutes of the Council meeting held on 28^th May 2009 and the Annual Town Council Meeting on 14^th May 2009.

5. Committee Minutes To accept the minutes of the following committees:
    (i) Amenities Committee - 2^nd July 2009 - copy previously circulated
    Amenities Committee - Recommendations at minute 154

    (ii) Finance & General Purposes Committee - 9^th July 2009 - copy to be circulated.

6. Planning Applications. Dealt with by the Planning Committee. ALL MEMBERS OF THE COUNCIL ARE MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE. Chair of Planning - Councillor Mrs S Diver - report will be available at meeting if new planning applications received.
