Members of the Council are requested to attend the above Meeting to transact the following business: -
1. Apologies for Absence
2. Declarations of Interests. To declare any ‘personal' or ‘personal and prejudicial' interests relating to items on the agenda having regard to paragraphs 7 to 11 inclusive of Part 2 of the Code of Conduct for Members and having taken appropriate advice (where necessary) before the meeting. (Form available on request)
3. Public Question Time. A maximum period of 10 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or to make statements.
4. Minutes. To approve the minutes of the Council meeting held on 22nd March 2007 and the Annual General Meeting held on 10th May 2007.
5. Committee Minutes To accept the minutes of the following committees:

8. Financial Year 2006/7 outturn and audit - report available on request

10. To adopt a new code of conduct - report available on request
11. Consultation on Braintree District Council Local Development Framework - report available on request
12. To further consider the installation of Vehicle Activated Speed Signs - report available on request
13. Queens Hall - report available on requested
14. Butler Road Car Park, contaminative survey - oral report
15. Fun Run. To consider electing a Member to serve on the Steering Committee.
16. Exclusion of Public and Press - To give consideration to adopting the following resolution: - "That pursuant to the provisions of section 1(2) of the Admission to Meetings Act 1960, in view of the next item to be conducted, the press and public to be excluded from the meeting."
